Cellular voice and data service
CelAccess uses advanced GPRS data which is highly reliable, secure and fast. The wireless data is provided using the AT&T network for most customers. Other cellular network service options are available.

Account and service fees
Once the CelAccess device is installed, customers can create an online account using a credit card by following the instructions included with the CelAccess wireless device. Businesses desiring direct billing should contact customer service at 972-231-1999.
