CelAccess products are part of a turnkey service which includes the wireless data service and web application with unlimited access codes, reporting and email alerts all for one low monthly fee.

Web application
Because CelAccess is a web application, there is no software to install and the application can be used anywhere with Internet access. The application is powerful while being extremely easy to use. Even first time users can be up and running instantly. New features are immediately available without the need for downloading updates.

Wireless service
CelAccess uses advanced GPRS data which is highly reliable, secure and fast. The wireless data is provided using the AT&T (formerly Cingular) network for most customers. Other options are available should coverage be an issue.

Account and service fees
Once the CelAccess device is installed, customers can create an account on-line using a credit card by following the instructions included with the wireless device. Businesses desiring direct billing should contact customer service at 214-231-1999.

$19.95/mo/device - Includes 30 calls/mo. Over-calls charged at $0.49 each.
Includes calling up to three numbers simultaneously (counts as 1 call)

Commercial use:
$29.95/mo/device - 50 calls/mo
$44.95/mo/device - 100 calls/mo
$79.95/mo/device - 200 calls/mo
$119.95/mo/device - 300 calls/mo
Includes calling up to three numbers simultaneously, then up to three additional
numbers if no answer to the first three (counts as 1 call)
Over-calls automatically billed in increments of 20 for $9.95.

All devices require a one-time activation fee of $25.00.
