Whether your company owns and leases its own properties or represents those of others, the most valuable commodity you have as a sales or leasing organization is time. Anything that robs your company or its agents of time reduces the ability to sell and consequently to generate sales. If you have ever had to drive across town at rush hour to let a client in to preview an available space just to find out after a couple of minutes that the space would not meet their needs, you know what wasting time is. Or, what about the client who is interested in looking at a building you lease, but your schedules don’t permit you to set an appointment until next week. When you call the prospective customer the following week, you find out he has already signed another lease. With the CelAccess GC-1010 Cellular Access Controller installed on your available spaces, there is no more wasted time or missing the right time.
The GC-1010 allows you to provide each prospective tenant or tenant’s representative with a unique access code with a few keystrokes and the click of a mouse. Now anyone with a code can view the space at their convenience. Each code can be limited by day of week and/or time of day, even by the number of uses. If you are not able to be there in person, CelAccess can notify you when they have arrived through an e-alert. If you desire, you can then contact them by phone and literally walk them through the space as if you were there.
Example: A national “big box” retailer had been repositioning their store locations and has over 30 empty stores that a leasing organization is attempting to sub-lease. They installed the CelAccess GC-1010 on one door in each of the vacant spaces. With these locations located across the United States, it was not practical or cost effective for the leasing company to travel to each store very time a prospective tenant or their rep wanted to preview the space. Now the agent can create access codes that allow the prospects to enter at their convenience, all without the need for costly travel or FedEx costs sending keys around the country. Additionally, CelAccess has given the retailer the ability to monitor the amount of leasing activity at each store, to easily let service personnel in as needed and to dramatically increase the security of their vacant spaces.
